If all you want is an Express Oil Change, then this is THE place to go. Getting them to go above and beyond that service level, even though I acknowledged upfront additional services cost additional money, it was too much for them to do. I took my Crosstrek to a local shop to have my shocks and struts replaced... and WOW the ride is SOOOO much better.
