Had a great purchase experience with General and JR. They didn't play any games. I bought from out of the area and was able to do everything over the phone and online. They also took care of the transportation with me. Would absolutely work with them again.

TRANSPORTERS BEWARE
do not give this dealership your business, they are constantly screwing over car transporters and hitting us truckers with fraudulent damage claims for factory defects/imperfections which has nothing to do with the trucker. No matter how small the factory defects & imperfections may be, they charge us crazy amounts of money and it comes out of our pockets. I am not the only trucker who has dealt with this, there are many more stories similar to mine.

Give your business to other dealers that don’t screw over members of their community to make an un honest profit

This dealership scamming transporters on falsely damages, if u r transporter think twice to come here because they will find a damages out no where ,oh and their charge to fix be triple the cost compared to any other bodyshops..im leaving a picture so u can see for yourself if there any damages .thanks for nothing scamers!!!!

This dealer ROBS from transporters. They take big advantage of us when delivering new vehicles. They screw over myself and many other drivers with the prices of damages. I understand things happen during transport, but they will not be realistic on their prices whatsoever. I spoke with the shop manager about the unrealistic charge I got for a small dent and barely visible scuffs on an unpainted rear bumper that goes to a fleet company. They charged me almost $3k!! I told them this is coming out of my pocket, work with me. He didn’t care. He told me to get off the property or he’ll call the cops. Very similar issues with multiples drivers. If you want to lose money and bring a load for free, then go here. It’s an on going thing. Wasn’t just bad luck for me. Happens extremely often here. Will never deliver cars for this dealer ever again

I have always wanted a Jeep and Anything Garabito and Joc Bates from Keffer crjr made this such an easy and fun process getting into the vehicle I always wanted. I highly recommend going to see these two guys!!!

Although I did not wind up purchasing here, I wanted to send a review for the incredible customer service I received from Thomas while I was searching for the Vehicle I wanted. I had made a mistake 3 weeks ago and purchased a 2025 Ram Laramie with less options than I thought were included (bad dealership, but ultimately my fault) so i wanted to do a quick turnaround and trade my new vehicle for another new one. I was looking as far as 500 miles for my exact wants and Thomas at Keffer helped me with information on one of his vehicles. He could not have been more attentive, quick and courteous with his responses. Because of my situation I was borderline annoying with all of my questions. He answered everything and wasn't pushy. I wound up finding one closer to home with my needs and chose that one (liked the color better too) but i just wanted to say to anyone reading this that they should ask for him if they are interested in a vehicle there. They will be very pleased with his service.
