I needed repairs done. Jim, from the Service Department took a personal interest and gave me several options. I bought my car at Keene and my entire experience, including service, has been excellent.

UPDATE: ***Adding after the Dealership's reply - I spoke to Director of Finance the same day the sales person refused to provide a purchase order and he acknowledged and then apologized for what the Sales Person said w/r to refusing to provide a Purchase Order. He further said they receive a bonus from banks when placing a lender in a loan product and that was the reason the sales person was refusing to provide a purchase order. To imply there was a miscommunication is absurd. They also "hid" my trade in from me after evaluating it for trade value. They did so to keep me at the store as long as possible. Bottom line, Keene employs sales tactics akin to a low rent used car store.*** I test drove a 86K RAM Truck and the day after test driving, I called to make arrangements to purchase the truck. I let them know I was using my credit union to finance the purchase at which point they told me I had to come into the dealership and apply for credit there and they could facilitate the loan through my credit union. I told the salesperson, Adam, that I was more comfortable just going directly to the credit union with a purchase order at which point he told me Keene’s policy does not allow for the providing of a purchase order to the buyer so they could secure financing themselves and that I would in fact need to apply for financing at the dealership. This is in prime example of strong arm sales tactics in order for the dealership to receive a kicker for placing a buyer with a loan product rather than allow the buyer to choose a lender for themselves. I did not buy a truck at Keene and rather, purchased a 86K truck from Jones of Bel Air.

Parts department is absolutely clueless and a rip off. Spoke over the phone about the price of a part and what comes with it just to drive 2 hours for them to change the price and the parts order. DO NOT GO HERE!

We had a great experience buying a used work van! Expecting to spend the entire day in a car dealership, we were extremely surprised when Adam had the van ready for a test drive and we were in it within minutes of arriving to the dealership and we were leaving with a car that same afternoon. The process with both Adam and Vinny was quick and painless and they were wonderful to work with.

Took my Hornet in for an oil change, they didn’t put it back together right. I’ve had a hum with my tires and I asked for them to take a look. Was told just get a set of tires never once was it relayed from service to the people checking me out the proper information, the service manger seemed as if he couldn’t even be bothered that something had happened. Kept telling me that he didn’t know what could have been put on wrong, not to even mention that when I was in I was charged $80 for a TRUCK to get a oil change and then told oh that’s not your ticket. Yours is $90 and the older man at the service deck was snapping at everyone. This was just a horrific experience. Not what I’d expect from a “certified dodge Dealer”
