Mr. Kilgore's Business License was suspended November 2020. Prior to that suspension, I gave him a $2,500 down payment over a year ago for a very large concrete driveway repair. He never started the job, refuses to answer my calls and e:mails, and has not returned my down payment. Despite Small Claims and Superior Court settlement decisions against him, he has taken no action to return that down payment.Report
