Well, I've went to them for several things over the past few years but never seen to learn my lesson. I went with my minivan and the DVD player wasn't working, after sitting in the lobby watching for 4 hours not a single tech went in the van to look at it, then they came out and said it needed replaced and it would cost 1,100 dollars. I took it home after paying them 175 dollars for a diagnostic fee where they literally did nothing. I looked up what could cause it, I took it down with only a few clips and plugged a new wire in that costed me 6 dollars and it was fixed within 20 minutes of my time.

That was awhile ago, I just came there and dropped my wrangler off there because the clutch didn't seem to be doing anything and I couldn't change gears. I told them I think the slave cylinder went out. ( On a Wrangler the slave cylinder is on the outside of the trans and easy to get to. They said what I had wrong was internal and they would need to drop the transmission and replace the clutch for 2,200 dollars. I then called another mechanic (My Mechanic) in west Columbia and they quoted me near half the cost to replace the clutch. I told JTs to stop working on it and park it in the lot. I then paid them 175 dollars for a diagnostic fee that was completely wrong yet again. Had it towed to the other mechanic, they refilled the brake fluid and pumped the pedal and then was working fine, they had discovered that the fluid was low due to a leaking master cylinder. So this mechanic saved me thousands on something that was working just fine and didn't need to be worked on.

That's not including the truck I bought from Dodgeland where the salesman straight up lied to my face about fixing problems with the truck after I purchased.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!!! They are nice in person but have no idea what they're doing and then charge you 175 dollars for a completely wrong diagnosis.

Went to JT Dodge on hat 378 in Lexington SC on 12-14-21 to have oil change. Jeff was my service adviser. Jeff said that the oil change a free tire rotation after leaving JT Dodge and running some errants after arriving home. I noticed that my tires had not been rotated. At 2.17 pm, I called back to JT Dodge to speak with Jeff and Destiny asked asked to take a message. She took my last name and phone number. I did not receive a call back from Jeff. At 3.57, I placed a second call to JT Dodge service department and Destiny answered the phone again and I asked to speak with Jeff. I was placed on hold and I hold for so long that the phone went back to the automated service, as and I am a owner of 2 Dodge vehicles and 1 Chrysler, I am very disappointed. I buy the Chrysler from JT Dodge and on Greystone Blvd, very poor service

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to be serviced (under warranty) (12/10/21), because of an issue with the car not turning over when trying to crank it up and it would stall out while driving. The wheel would also lock up. It also had a recall on the vehicle, so wanted that to be fixed along with the issue stated above. They called at the end of the day to let me know it was fixed and said that most of the issue was from the recall (fuel pump) and that my service engine light would still be on because it had a lot of pressure in hose. I go to pick up the next day(12/11/21) and had to pay for a diagnostic fee almost $100...Go to crank it up and the same issue happens. I decide to drive it down the road and it stalls out. So I took it back to the service desk and told them what happened and left my car with them. Monday (12/13/21) I get a phone call from Jennifer (service advisor) at 2 in the afternoon and she asks me where my vehicle is located???....I said I dropped it off at the service desk. She tells me okay, when we find it Ill have someone drive it, to figure out the issue. That brings me to today, (12/14/21) I get a call from Jennifer, saying that the issue is my coolant and that the previous person who worked on my vehicle put the wrong coolant in and that they would have to flush the wrong one out and that it would cost $600+. I said no thanks, I shouldn't have to pay if someone made a mistake. So one, the diagnostic test was pointless or the issue would have been corrected the first time. Two, they didn't even have someone drive it the first time it was serviced or they would know the issue was not resolved. Obviously stalling out and the wheel locking up was not a safety concern. Lastly, everyone that I have spoke with about this issue (other than service at JT's), has said that the issue I've been having has nothing to do with the coolant. Basically, if you're a woman don't take your vehicle to them to be serviced because they will try to take advantage of you!

Disappointed and frustrated!!!
My Vehicle is the WORST!! Beautiful looking Kia SportGe Turbo but so many things wrong especially the brakes, just ONE MONTH later.. Yes I did get the extended warranty ( thank goodness) but clearly they sold me a LEMON, all this Verified by JTS Kia Killan Rd( Columbia). Maintenance in (Lexington) lied about fixing the vehicle, and Sales tried to accommodate me by offering a new vehicle, with no rebates and of course that's much higher. At this point I want either my old vehicle back, a new one with all the rebates or the Kia vehicle fixed which I was promised!
I'm so disappointed and frustrated in JT's Lexington!!

Horrible experience!! They tried to make me pay for items that they were not sure if I needed or not! No proper diagnostic, service employee Jennifer Hollister was insensitive and unprofessional. She sound as if she does not like her job! 1000.00 bill only to still have to find the problem. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

**UPDATE**
I am currently still waiting to hear ANYTHING about my vehicle. I have never dealt with taking a vehicle to the dealership that MADE the vehicle and cannot tell me what's wrong with THEIR VEHICLE!! Also trying to make me pay for items and STILL not certain if that's the problem or not!! I went through this with my Chrysler 300 some years ago! SAME HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER WITH ANY OTHER VEHICLE EXCEPT CHRYSLER/JEEP.

I tried to schedule service on my 2013 Ram usingtheir online portal. I was told the service department would call me the next day. I never heard a word from them. I ended up getting my problem fixed elsewhere. If they don't want my business they succeed. No call no sell when I buy my next car.
