Jt's Fiat

My husband and I steeped in at JTs in hopes of finding something that would meet our needs and budget. We sat with Ken, who was the first salesperson to take our needs and concerns seriously. He searched and attempted many vehicles, but we came up short (hence only 4 stars). Our needs are extensive, family of 6, 2 in carseats, and our recently adopted son is in a wheelchair. This limited our search for sizing capacity and a vehicle that can be modified. Even though we left without a vehicle, Ken remained helpful.

I purchased a 2018 Ram truck from JT's Bill Pruette was my salesperson, I traded a 2017 Jeep Patriot in on the Ram
It was a great experience as far as buying a car goes. The problem happened about a month later when I was getting notifications
That the Jeep payment wasn't made. I told them I traded but they said it was never paid off. I called the dealership and was told
They were getting ready to call me but they took the wrong car on trade. The finance company thought I was trading my 2017 Jeep Renegade.
So they told me I either had to give the truck back and get my Patriot or bring my Renegade in and they would give me back my patriot. of
Course they told me the finance manager was new and that's how this happened. I wasn't real happy but it was done. I have my truck and the patriot.
This happened in May. I brought my patriot in for an oil change that were suppose to be free but they charged me. After looking into it I find out
When they had me swap the jeeps out They cancelled my extended warranty put my payments never changed. Not sure who to talk to about this I asked
Bill if he would look into it and let me know what I needed to do to get my warranty back. He said he would be glad to do it. He told me the best way to
Take care of it is to trade the patriot in. when I could not afford to do that I have not heard back from them. I have left messages and texts. No
One will call me back. I have an appointment with a lawyer next week to see what can be done. I hate it had to come to that. As far as the Ram and
Jeep buy one they are great but save yourself some grief and find another dealership.
