Update 12/12/24: I’m updating my review to 4.5 stars thanks to the service managers Ian and Jay and general manager, Larry! The leadership team has been incredibly kind and understanding, and they’ve resolved the situation. Larry even went above and beyond by having someone personally delivering my refund and offering assistance with my next appointment. I’ll be back. ????

Today, I went in for service and was charged an additional fee for something that was not discussed with me beforehand. The advisor stated the price during check-in but never followed up or communicated with me while I was waiting to discuss the recommendations. After the service, I called to get clarification on why this was done, but the response I received was disrespectful and unprofessional. I eventually asked to speak with the service manager because I refused to engage further with such behavior.

The service manager, Ian, was very apologetic and offered me a credit, which I appreciated. However, I would have preferred a refund, as I do not see myself returning. While Ian’s professionalism stood out, this experience left me disappointed.

Don’t buy a used car from them. They will sell you anything in any condition then you’re stuck to fix problems. I will not buy a car from them again!!

I've had my car for a year now, and was wondering why my car had so much negative equity (they fly through the paperwork there). I was reviewing the paper work and there is a $4,685 charge for "other charges and amounts paid on your behalf" so almost an extra $5000 dollars got put onto my total with no explanation. On top of that, I worked with Michael Fletcher and he promised he would help with the paint/rust spots but never followed through with it that he'll take care of that as part of buying the car but he actually charged me another $686. His personality wasn't bad but in my experience he wasn't honest. The rating got one star because those that work in the service department were really kind to me. Albeit they tried to charge me a lot to fix something and didn't even check to see if I had warranties (which I bought from them) but we got that figured out. Overall, I wouldn't trust them, be mindful and make sure to read the fine print.
