Bought a used vehicle less that 30 days ago, had it one week then it was in the shop for a week, transmission issues, they tell me it's not transmission issues.
Well I have the car another week n had to have it towed because engine light flashing n car won't drive. Can't get thru to anyone important enough to make decisions on the phone, always the run around. I know whatbthey are going to do hold the car until the 30days are up then figure it's my problem n I'll have to pay for repairs. 1st time purchase from jones n if this is way they treat me it'll be the last

Shout out to Joe Locke, Jeff Nievod, Lindsay, and Shae, we had a concern come up w our vehicle before an important trip in the snow. Joe came back to work to address the issue and Jeff, Lindsay and Shae were more than helpful to come up w a safe solution.
