Jones Junction Pre-Owned

I recently had service performed on my car. The service was performed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. However, I also requested a car wash (which is a free service provided by the dealership), but my car still had visible dirt on the back of it and around the wheel wells - I have a white car so it's easy to see dirt. My car was also still wet with water spots on the windshield. I was told that the car wash in the service area was recently replaced and not as efficient/adequate as the "main customer car wash". The main car wash cleans all around the car and under the carriage; has an automatic dryer and attendants use shammies to dry the car. I expected the same level of service with the car wash after my service but was disappointed in the quality of the car wash. It is clearly sub-par to the main car wash. I would prefer that my car be taken to the "main car wash" in the future even if I have to wait a little longer.
