I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Jones Bel Air. I keep going back because they provide exceptional service and don't hassle on the price of the vehicles. Mike Girken is a true salesman and walked me through the entire process of my latest purchase. Charlie in finance is easy to work with and made sure i had a seamless transition from my last Hyundai (Palisade) that I traded in.

Mike was very friendly, but gave excuses as to why I couldn’t use a cpl of my coupons, bcause I wasn’t a New customer!!! Well turns out that was not true! But once he was contacted by a manager, he came around. I did buy the xtra detailing on my car with aftermarket, which I had a coupon for as well, but I forgot to give it at time of signing, and another person when my spray was done a wk later, I mentioned it to her said, no u had to give it to her then. I explained I told her I had my coupon book with me, but we both forgot all abt it while we were signing up. But, Julia said No I had to give it to Beth that day. I find that convenient for them, not for me!! It was a 10% off & a Stanley cup. I hadn’t completed my spray detail, so I don’t find it to late, if the process was not complete, and Beth whom I did the deal with, was supposed to meet with me, they said they couldn’t get ahold of her, so I couldn’t verify I had the coupon. However I kept the coupon book with me from the time I went in to Jones, and still had it when I left aftermarket! I believe if u bought a car, paid for aftermarket detailing u should automatically receive those discounts! My car was not completed as of that time yet? So that was very frustrating to me. Why do I as a 4 th new car customer here have to beg or have to argue abt a coupon that is promised at time of purchase! I’m sure u don’t want other customers to feel this way? We all learn by our mistakes, I learned u can’t trust everyone!

Stopped in for an oil change and Bryce was very polite and ensured I didn't need any other services while I was there.

Logan Brien was very thorough and extremely quick at changing my oil. He made suggestions on what services I will need soon.

I bought used 2024 Hyundai Venue with about 3k miles on it. I bought it on Saturday Nov 2nd 2024. Everything went smooth with the purchase and thanks to Mr. Hawkins who was kind and friendly.

Unfortunately on Nov 6th, 2024 I drove the car in our neighbourhood to drop my son at the bus stop and when I drove the car again to get out from the parking lot the steering wheel was locked and when I applied the brake it went out. I had to let the car hit the curb to make it stop. It caused one of the tire flat and the fender fell off. Strangely after hitting the curb both of the steering wheel and brake worked again. So that I could drove the car and parked in our drive way.

We called the dealership and after a few arguments they agree to take a look at the car.

We talked to Mr. Nick then Mr. Ian at the Service Department and the way they responded was dissapointing. Lack of symphaty. Basically they just asked us to call the insurance to fix the car and that was not their problem. We don't wanna call the insurance yet as we think they should be responsible as how the car that we just bought few days ago gave us problem already?.

Of course they refuse to fix. Funny thing both of them said two different things.
Mr. Nick said we have to fix the car first before they figure out what was wrong with the car but Mr. Ian said nothing wrong with the brake while the car was not fixed yet. Yes the brake worked again like I said after it hit the curb.
How two professionals in their field said two different things within a few minutes of time frame?.

This accident scares me to drive the car again even it is fixed. What we want is they responsible to repair the car honoring the 30 days warranty (as the accident wouldn't happened if there wasn't problem with the brake) and we got our money back.

I hope they investigate this kind of brake's issue because it could kill people.

Update: We need to pay the tow's fee as well in the end. The fee that they never mentioned when they towed the car. As they classify this as our fault, not car's. What a fantastic experience. Hope nobody experience it.

We recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Mike Stender was our Sales Consultant. Pete Manzo was our the Sales Manager. Julie Garrett, was our Customer Care Consultant and Charlie Colhouer was our Finance Speacialist. This was a team effort to get us in this new vehicle at the price we wanted to pay. There was absolutely no pressure in making this purchase. We are tough negotiators and this team had to work hard to make this sale but always keeping in mind the quality personal service that Jones Junction is known for. They gave me a huge trade in value on my 2019 Buick Envision that actually sealed the deal. Lots of features and benefits plus numerous perks that went with the SUV. Hyundai is a great vehicle product and we are very happy with this purchase along with the excellent service this team provided. They also have a rewards program that offers cash for any customer referrals that is far more than other dealerships offer. Highly recommend Jones Bel Air Hyundai aka Jones Junction if you are in the market for another vehicle.
