Unwilling to do the right thing. Could have fixed my car that had less than 50,000 miles on it under good faith. This is the second transmission problem I have had with this car and I was miss informed both times.

I recently had to take my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in for service. I was truly a "ball of nerves" due in no small part that I was quite literally *Just* over the JONES 100,000 mile warranty thinking, "Oh my gosh! Am I now 'Up a certain creek without a paddle'? What am I going to do?!?"

While the necessary repairs ended up being quite extensive; my Service Advisor, Maddox S. was absolutely amazing! Not only was he extremely thorough & transparent with the entire process & interactions with me; he was a Grade-A professional. I always felt "seen", "heard" and "understood" when speaking with him; a feat that is very rare nowadays.

I am pleased to report that all of my concerns have been addressed, the car repaired, & a surprisingly pleasant taste left in my mouth, Hahaha. Agents/Representatives like Maddox are rare & truly deserve recognition for their "Above & beyond" approach. To borrow the JONES vernacular for myself; I will be a customer of "JONES for a lifetime"!

Carl and Mike Stender were great...car was a bday present for wife.... everything this was great when I purchased the car Tuesday evening.... Everything was going great on Thursday when I came to pick up as well until....... I was forced to sit with the accessory person who tried to sell us extras like undercoating, tinted windows, repellent for seats at which point I declined everything but she continued to press offering discounts for the services I then reiterated that I did not want any of the services but then again continued until I told her that I was getting ready to walk out. So in summary everything was great except for trying to get us to buy accessories after the car was purchased before signing paperwork, would have had five stars got to settle for four

Customer service staff was great! But, overpriced with parts and labor. Recommend for Warranty services but out of pocket, overpriced. I ordered a new blank key a week prior dropping off my vehicle for an oil change. I received an email a few days before the service and a call stating the blank key came in. When I dropped off the vehicle for scheduled service, I told the service desk about the key. When the service was completed, the service desk told me the blank key was not available. I showed her the email from my phone and told her the blank key should be there. They were finally able to locate and cut the key. It should of been completed. Took a little longer then it should have been picking up the car. Overall a good experience.
