I’ve had so many bad experiences at dealerships in the past I was walking in here expecting the same but I was completely blown away about how great the service department is at this place.
I had a great experience bringing my truck in for repair thanks to the manager Courtney and advisor Briana. Courtney was professional and kept everything on track, while Briana was knowledgeable and clear about the repairs. They made the process easy and got my truck back in shape.
These are really good hard working people in here and I’m glad I had to opportunity to meet them all and restore my faith in trusting people at dealerships. Probably cuz I’m in New Jersey and they are not like the roaches in New York City.

I have been using John Johnson for service for more than 10 years. Their Service writers are knowledgeable and the service department is very trustworthy.
In my opinion, they are probably the best CDJ service dealership in the area that’s why they are so busy. Anne, Director of Parts and Service and Courtney, Service Manager are exceptional. I usually deal with Briana and Jennie as Service writers and they are great. They at times are difficult to get hold of by phone because of this but they are worth it. They now are starting to text updates which is a big help. John Johnson service always does very good work on my cars. It’s the only dealership use.

Everyone was really nice and definitely not pushy. Darren is the best and I will most definitely recommend seeing him to anyone looking to make a purchase.

I had went there to drop my car off for an oil change. I figured would take a couple hours. Well, it only took an hour I. Needed tire rotation oil change and new wiper blades, they were done really quick. I've never had that fast of a service before anywhere
