Deceitful contractor

I hired that guy (Joe the Master Builder) to remodel the kitchen, bathroom, and basement of a property I just owned. In the beginning, I was excited to work with him because of the detailed plan he presented. Then, I started to notice some red flags, but I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. After a month, I realized he never intended to complete the work. That deceitful assmonkey only wanted a paycheck; moreover, He never committed to my work, came whenever he wanted, and spent one or 2 hours of work in one or two days a week.
We discussed completing the job in a month, but he failed to complete the work as scheduled, and the work lasted about three months with minimal work until he belled out. He is a deceitful cunt, a manipulator, and a fraudulent individual who stole $17,000.00 from me and falsely promised to do improvement work which he never completed and intended to do.
