I am new to the area and I went to JK Subaru to have my Subaru looked over for a strange noise I was hearing. I was greeted by Kelly Veach, the service advisor and I have to say the customer service was exceptional. She was kind, thoughtful, patient and offered me a car rental while the vehicle was in the shop. The noise issue was repaired, our filters replaced, and dropping off the rental and picking up our vehicle was seamless. I thank God for the great experience I have had at JK Subaru and especially for Kelly's kindness and attention to detail.

This site is the worst. I wrote a review and tried to submit it by DealerRater (sic) and by Google; I'm not sure anything went through.

How curious that Subaru builds such great cars but can't generate a computer interface that works for anyone who is not an I.T. specialist.

Sales Person, Pat, was excellent. Knws her products and is not high pressure.

One of the best buying experiences we have had. Abby was a fantastic salesperson. Knowledgeable, low pressure, and kept us informed at every stage of the process. They went out of their way to make us a great deal.

My first purchase was a used Forester. I live more than an hour from JK Subaru. The salesman drove to my house in the Forester and transported me back to the dealership because I had no other way to get there. I purchased the vehicle that day and drove it home. The customer care was so impressive, I didn't mind driving back to the dealership for all my after sale needs. One year later I sold the Forester to my roommate and purchased a used Outback. Again, the customer care was unmatched. One year after this purchase, JK Subaru reached out to me with an offer to take my used Outback in trade for a new Outback. They were clearing their 2024 inventory to make room for the 2025 models. They made me an unbelievable offer. I feel the relationship JK Subaru has established with me is one that will last the remainder of my car buying years. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their after sale communication and care is unmatched. I love the way they forecast routine maintenance and follow up with reminders. I love the MySubaru web account where I have so many options gor programming my vehicle and purchasing optional features like SeriusXM, wifi hotspot and remot start. My experience with JK Subaru and the Subaru brand has been life-changing.

There are a few things that make a business stand out from the rest and JK has them all!
I had an emergent fix on my vehicle and as soon as I called and told them I needed emergent service so I could drive home to Austin in a days notice, they booked me. I was in and out before I could finish my coffee- less than an hour wait … and then to top it off, they call me to make sure everything was good on the road home. I am so glad to have them as neighbors and available to help on a quick notice. I had never needed help but For not being a client, they have made me a future buyer of JK. My 4th Subaru will certainly be purchased here. Thank you for great and friendly service!

They helped me get a used car when I really needed something to drive and I appreciate that…More importantly, I recently traded that used car in for a new Forester Limited and I couldn’t be happier. It has all the features I wanted, looks amazing, and drives very smooth. The drivetrain really seems to understand what I want when I want it. It’s not the fastest car around but it gets up and goes when you need it to. I never feel like I’m lacking power. I haven’t taken it off road (and probably never will), but when the roads are slick it doesn’t even flinch. Great car and great customer service. Bilal and Geri made the buying experience easy. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and important. Thank you again!

Great service and fast, given my unscheduled repair. Was driving one Wednesday along the Louisiana Creole Nature Trail in my 2015 Outback when my dash Christmas treed, including the dreaded AT temperature light. My code reader showed P2764, clutch solenoid problems. Slowly limped the 60 miles to Port Arthur JK Subaru arriving an hour before closing time. They gave me a loaner, diagnosed the issue the next morning and fixed it by that afternoon. This was more than I expected as the first scheduled appointment I could secure was on Monday. Kirsten at the service department desk was most helpful in getting me back on the road.
