I called last week and made an appointment for Monday morning. I was told between 9am and noon a technician would arrive. I waited until noon, nobody showed up or contacted me. I contacted the office and was told I was on their "list" for today however despite being told between 9am and 12pm when I booked the appointment, he couldn't give an updated time a technician would arrive.  Finally got a call just after 2pm asking if I was home? Apparently,  nobody communicated my appointment time with the technician. What a joke. If you have 5+ hours to waste, call this company. If you want professional service, I suggest you call elsewhere.

Bought a new set of knives and before using them I was told that they need to be professionally sharped. So I found good reviews here so I decided to drop them off.
When I pick them up I looked over the knives found that the handle on the one knife was badly scratch up, I spoke to the manager and she said that they would not replace the damaged knife as they are done on a belt sander and this one might have gotten to close. I then explained that there are other methods to prevent this type of damage she just smiled at me offered a refund and be on your way. I should have just done them my self on a wet stone at home but I figured I'd bring them in and get them done by a professional well shame on me, a belt sander that's a professional if I only would have known this I would have found someone else or done them my self. Nothing I can do about it now but maybe you should think twice.
