Didn't have a positive experience with the parts department, rude woman , we were tolled to excuse her behavior because she was having a bad day due to her back hurting. I was pleased with this dealership until lately. They replaced a water pump on my truck and after getting home, I noticed there wasn't any coolant in my reservoir. So I went back to the dealership and they took care of the issue. Few days later, checking making sure everything is still intact from the repair and noticed a bolt on the bottom of the water pump wasn't even tightened, it was in crooked. So i wonder what else isn't tight or in crooked? Reached out to the service advisor and the service manager, no response. My husband took his F-150 to Tidwell for an oil change at the end of October. Fast forward three and a half weeks, my driveway now has oil spots. Per Tidwell the oil cap is worn and caused the leak. Yet they missed it on the oil change. Parts are around 200, with 1000 in labor. 1200 on tuesday, this past saturnday it was going to be 1028. Capitalism is out of control. I couldnt imagine them paying 100 dollars an hour, or it being a ten hour task , yet here we are. May your ill actions boomerang.ReportRe: My husband took his F-150 ... I am upgrading my review. The service manager called me directly and wanted to understand what went wrong and what they could do to improve. I felt he was genuinely sincere. We discuss a few specific areas they could fix, all revolving around communication. I am going to give them a few more stars because I think he made the effort and didn't dismiss my experience or feedback.
Go elsewhere. 72 hour wait.
Downgrading my rating. Since my last visit the communication and response has been non-existent. Currently on hold with the service department as I am writing this. Texted the current service agent twice yester day, no response. Then again the next day, no response. No on hold on the phone and have yet to speak to anyone.
There is a 72 hour wait for diagnosis. No where on there website nor in their response email after scheduling an appointment is that mentioned. You won't know until you arrive. They have a 72 hour diagnoses wait time. Let that sink in. I wished I knew that BEFORE I showed up. I asked why it's not posted on their website or not communicated to me when I made the appointment. My girlfriend visited this location to get some recalls fixed on her car. At first it was all okay. But we were never contacted about what was going on with her car and when we came to pick up the car her seat was all the way back, her steering wheel was all the way down, her mirrors were pointing to the sky, finger prints all over the windshield. But the worst of it is that whoever worked on her car decided it would be a good idea to go in her arm rest and use her floss and leave it in the cup holder. Know that she had not opened the pack of floss. And a ear wax covered Air Pod was left in her driver.
