Great experience buying a car here. I was in a lease that wasn’t working for me as I was doing more miles than when I purchased it. These guys with one phone call were able to give me options to either get out of the lease and into a new one with more miles or up the miles on mine. Ended up going with a new car and new lease. We had a communication issue on the car but they were able to accommodate and we’re very professional when handling the whole break lease into new car. They really helped me out and gave us a great deal on a beautiful new Jeep. I’d highly recommend these guys especially Matthew Keller, easy to work with and very accommodate to the needs of a new Vehicle. I had bought my previous Jeep here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s 45 minutes from my house I actually pass 2 other Jeep dealerships on my route but still would rather drive further and get this service.

This will be the second car I’ve bought from Shorkey. First in North Hills and Tuesday the one in White oak. The whole staff there was amazing. Jerome was my dealer and he did everything we asked and was so easy to talk to. Jerome and Jed were spectacular. They were fair on my trade in and worked to get me everything I wanted. My husband and I will only go to Shirley’s. Then on to Jamie, the finance director. She was funny and she was like talking to an old friend. Please if you are looking to buy a new car, please make Shorkey your first stop. You will only leave there satisfied.
