I was looking for a Jeep over a month at that point. I seen a posting that was brand new for one that was in great condition for a good price, test drove it that day and decided to buy it.

My co-signer was currently out of state. I lived 30+ minutes away and had no service at my residence for calls.

They kept me informed by text. The E sign documents were having issues being sent to me and my co-signer in Florida. They continued to work on the issue and brought various managers in, phone calls to companies and more. I will still updated.

It was a Friday, so once they had the solution it wouldn't be fixed until Monday and then I could take my Jeep home. They gave me a nice FREE loaner, and on Monday everything was taken care of and I got my Jeep.

Of course issues happen, but they treated me great and handled the situation well, and took care of it.

I've been treated horrible by many dealers because of my age, or I told them the vehicle wasn't worth the price, especially with damage. This staff showed me respect, and the one blemish the Jeep had. Showed me the good and the bad up front. No disrespect.

Friendly really does belong in their name. Not even my family members can say they had a better experience with no hiccups at their car buying experience.

This is my first huge vehicle purchase, and I thank all the staff that worked to make my dream come true in the most friendly way.

10/10 recommended.

Courteous service department and cashier. Teresa is always helpful when checking in for an oil change.

Jared Gay was super to work with. Not pushy at all and is very helpful. I have been through 2 deals so far at Jim Riehls, and both sales were through Jared. I will continue to go back in the future as Jared, Bob Riehl, and the dealership itself have gone well above and beyond to make sure everything is to satisfaction. Another helpful factor, the dealership is involved in many community events/charities giving back to the Lapeer area. Thank you Jared, Bob, and the rest of the dealership staff for outstanding service and for being a local business doing its part to give back to the community!
