Customer service in the service center is bar none. It was easy to schedule a service online, I received multiple automated follow-ups to remind me of the service date, and had a pleasant phone call with customer service about some questions I had. The two people I spoke to at customer service were on top of things and very kind. I waited at the dealership while my service was done; they have a comfortable lounge space for most patrons, but I was really blown away by the waiting space created with families in mind. 10/10 would recommend Jensen's service team. My experience was far above expectations for sure.

We leased a car with Jensen and was asked if we would like to trade in prior to three-year contract following covid when the car was in high demand, which we agree to. We asked for a specific color and was promised it. Upon arrival to pick up the car, it was a color we did not want nor care for, but because we had already signed the contract we were stuck for the next three years it.

We will find another car dealership who intend to honor their word for any future leasing.

I had a wonderful experience at Jensen Mazda service center today. I went to the car wash and my license plates were coming off. I pulled into the service center and Dan and Jake were very friendly and fixed my problem right away! This is why we purchase our cars at Jensen. Great Service!!!

Wanted to trade but walked in being pressured and yelled because they wanted to make the last sell of the night and then we were chased out the door.An ex employee from there that works at Rick Collin’s Toyota said that the worker that did that was super bad to be around. DONT COME HERE EVER!

Bought my Mazda in September from Jensen. Just did my first oil change with their service department. Every experience from sales to service has been amazing. Very impressed.

Amazing service!! We were traveling across country and had a major dangerous problem and Dan the service Manager took care of us personally. Jake the service advisor also helped us. They were exceptional and took the time to get us back on the road safely. Can't thank them enough.
