I don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, I feel like my experience warrants one. I have a diesel pickup truck that has had multiple recalls. Due to the first recall that altered the emissions, multiple parts were affected. Along the way, more recall notices have been sent out due to the initial recall. Having been assured by the service manager MULTIPLE times over several months that parts have been ordered and were on the way and that I am on the list to get my truck fixed, I am now the owner of a truck that has been rendered useless because it is not drivable. I left 4 voicemails last week trying to get through to the service manager to get my truck in the shop and never got a single call back. My husband even took it to the dealership 3 days ago and was told by the service department that they couldn’t get to the truck but already had parts on the way and would call with the appointment date and time. Neither of us received a call and when I called again this morning I was told that they had no idea when they would get parts in because none had been ordered nor would they order them because they “don’t deal with those vehicles anymore.” I reminded the service manager that these are safety recalls and he said, “yeah, I’m not worried about that. You can call the dealership in Ringgold.” I am so disheartened because I try to keep my business local. They, however, don’t seem worried after stringing me along for over a year. Maybe I have always caught them on a bad day, but to have stories changed multiple times is a telltale sign that they truly don’t care.

I recently bought a late model Ram from an individual, I dropped by the service department at Jenkins and spoke to the Service Manager Ashton. He took the time to walk me thru the maintenance requirements for my truck. He did not try to sell me on a ton of work. He just gave me honest answers to my questions. It is hard to find people like Ashton nowadays. He is great!

Probably the largest joke of a dealership that hardly has any inventory or business and I greatly learned why very disrespectful owner literally making a trash heep out of something his father built believe me when I tell you you do not want to give these non deserving people your hard earned money because they don't care one way or the other how your served guess when everything is in a floor plan you just think you can treat people that actually pay you what you can take home like junk not a smart thing to do when they have more money then you and don't owe anyone but god so in saying that do not spend your hard earned money here god bless and good day.

Their pricing is very reasonable. They don't overcharge you or don't do stuff that does not need to be done. Two other car dealers were going to charge my daughter for repairs that were under warranty. Thank you

Jenkins Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep provides excellent vehicle repair and maintenance services. Ashton and the service team completed a multi-point inspection and serviced my Jeep Wrangler. I was a first-time customer, and Ashton provided excellent communication and customer service. After pick up, my Jeep has been performing great, and I look forward to coming back for vehicle services in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend bringing all of your Jeep needs and vehicle services to Ashton and the service team here.

My husband and I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from this dealership always good service. I have to give a shout out to Ashton in the service center, he is top notch. I came in after having a problem with my truck, no appointment and I was leaving the next day for vacation. I was nearly in panic mode. He ran some tests and fixed my problem in less than an hour and totally saved not only the day but saved our vacation and it cost me just over $20. This place will always have my business.
