I called a few times and the lady who answered was really rude!! I was trying to explain why I was calling and it seemed she got annoyed with me and put me on hold and then never got back to me and just hung up… the time I actually got to speak to a lawyer she was also rude because I didn’t know I was supposed to be going thru my doctors consistently until I was approved for disability… I tried to explain my previous lawyer did not tell me this while I was going thru a lawsuit but she seemed like she didn’t care and made me feel like it was my fault… 100% don’t not recommend this law firm did not feel professional at all!

I have never had anyone who has a full office of such amazingly talented people. Every time I called I got a return call within 24 hours. Always pleasant on the phone, very helpful and compassionate. Everyone listens to you. Jeff is so sweet and kind. They really are the best. They never gave up on me and helped every step of the way.
