4 to 5 weeks for warranty work on a car that I bought here less than a year ago. And now I'm trying to trade it in at another dealership and learn that Jeff Smith never told us about an accident it was in. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do not take their word in anything. These guys told me the engine on my 2014 kia soul was failing and I needed a new car immediately. Will said the "master tech" diagnosed my car. I really wanted a k5 so I had them run it knowing I wasn't actually ready to make the purchase. When I didn't get approved for the car i wabted they tried to pressure me into a forte. Yesterday, I went to o'reillys and was informed that there was an issue in cylinder 4. Went to precision on russell and they confirmed it was ab ignition coil. I wouldn't waste my time again with this pushy, dishonest bunch. They are every car salesman stereotype rolled into one. Buyers beware
