My husband and I were working on a piano project and needed to have the piano's cast iron plate hauled away. This piece was HUGE and heavy. After calling a number of scrap iron and hauling companies where "NO" was the word of the week, I was at my wits end. In a last ditch effort, I called JDog and spoke directly to Sean-Michael, a first! No pleading, no hassle, no problem! He was practically around the corner on another job and came right over. We were able to get it loaded onto his truck perfectly. Sean-Michael was polite, personable and honest. His assistant followed instructions, was knowledgeable, helpful and polite.
