This was the first time I ever went through this process of selling my home without a realtor. I was a bit intimidated at first but they eliminated the headache of me having to clean up or make repairs to my house. The house needed work but we found a neutral ground on pricing. It was a fair offer. Everything went exactly the way they said it would. Sunny Kapadia is pretty amazing and you don't find guys like this anymore. He was very polite and understanding.
