I have recently changed my Medicare Insurance through Jason's agency. He is extremely knowledgeable and warm person who guided me with an expert advice and made the whole process as painless as can be.
He has also been extremely helpful when I ran into problems with my new insurance company declining coverage for the surgery I need. Jason interceded on my behalf, called insurance company and stayed on the phone with me and insurance agent for a very long time and was instrumental in solving the problem. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Look no further, he is the best!

I cannot recommend Jason enough!! Before finding Jason I had spoken with 4 separate agents in trying understand coverage and options available for myself and my family. Every quote I received was either too expensive or lacking an explanation of coverage making it very confusing to make a proper decision. This man went above and beyond in educating me and finding the best policies to fit our needs all while expressing great mindfulness of our budgetary constraints. He even took time to meet with me in person making sure I had a good understanding of all the options available. There was no agenda or pushy sales tactics. From my experience, Jason Rubin is your best bet if you are looking for an independent insurance broker to find a health insurance plan catered to your particular needs and budget. I give Jason my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation..

I was in need of quick insurance and tried doing the job myself. After internet research my plan choices came down to Health Net and Blue Shield plans. I contacted agents for both companies directly to find out about their coverage. Both agents told me that I couldn’t get insurance until the November 1 special enrollment period started (and that the insurance would not take effect until January 1, 2024). They both also told me of all the special enrollment period exceptions, and I didn’t seem to qualify for any of them. After speaking with the Health Net and Blue Shield agents, I thought I could not get any insurance until 2024.

As a last measure, I thought I’d check with an independent broker to see if he or she could help me. I found Jason through a Google search and called him. In talking with me, Jason’s sincerity in wanting to help me was quickly evident. He told me of an exception to the special enrollment period rule that neither the Blue Shield or Health Net mentioned to me. If Jason had done nothing else than that, he would have already helped me out tremendously. However, besides telling me about the exception to the special enrollment period rule (for which I did qualify), Jason found me a Blue Shield plan better and more affordable than anything I found online or in my discussions with Blue Shield.

My application for coverage through Jason was approved within a few days, and my new Blue Shield coverage starts September 1st (four months earlier than the January 1, 2024, date I was told I’d be able to obtain coverage before I spoke to Jason). Jason Rubin is a true miracle worker who works diligently on behalf of his clients, and I once again could not recommend him more highly to you if you are looking to obtain health insurance.

Jason is genuinely the BEST! I really struggled getting an insurance plan and trying to find coverage through CoveredCa and other sites. Jason was able to help me navigate through this process easily and quickly (Literally only took me my 30 minute lunch break!). Even off the clock, he helped answer my questions and concerns. This whole process weighed heavily on me, as I am only 23 and wasn't expecting to be in this situation so soon.
