Would leave a Zero if I could for the woman on dispatch. Even the tech who ended up showing on one of the occasions said their dispatcher is a constant problem.Report
Normally I'd over look an inconvenience like that as it's inconsequential, however being a complete and utter "mean person" to my wife on every occasion we call and offering her own advice like "did you buy better curtains" really doesn't help the fact that my heat pump system installed by Jarrell won't cool the house when the outside temp is 74° and it's night time...
Seriously, find a better mouthpiece for your organization. If a customer hates it and your own employees hate it, fix the glitch.
