Janssen Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I purchased a 2017 nissan altima from janssens and within just a few days of having the car i noticed the left side driver door rear view mirror was broken so i called and they told me to bring it out so i did 2 salesmen looked at it and said we will order a new mirror ok...I waited but nothing so i called and left a message with there staff checking to see whats up on the mirror NO CALL BACK ...I waited a few more days..NO CALL so i called them back.they said they had the mirror on back order ok again i waited no call no nothing.I called back again after another week needless to say they did not order the mirror the salesman finally calls and asking for pictures of the mirror ok i sent them ..After all of this run around i still have not heard anything about the mirror In the mean time i have incountered transmission problems as in slippage and throwing fault codes as in code PO841 trans malfunction..I reported this issue to janssens staff and to this day i have heard nothing from them ..So i guess i am paying for a car that should have never left the lot ...I had the trans looked at by MOBILE 1 EXPRESS LUBE they said these cars are known for transmissions going out at higher mileage..Now i am pretty sure a reputable car dealership they are aware of what cars have known issues and what ones dont

Had a freak accident on my camper van of a fire under the hood. Old van, extremely hard to find the parts. These guys worked there butts off to get me back on the road and find the parts I needed when I looked all over the country and tons of junk yards no luck. This was a couple of years ago, however as I'm dealing with other mechanics now I was reminded of how great this maintenance team was and wanted to share my appreciation.

Bought truck that described more than 60gallons for fuel tank truck has two tanks (they weren't aware of it having two tanks). Bought it, Didn't even make it home, Jenssen did tow truck back just refilled gas and said they would check problem. But all they did was refill tank. Only the smaller 15gallon tank worked, called and they said "That's what you get when you buy used cars, we can't go off and check every car we have". As many other dealerships they put customers first even if it's a used car. So unprofessional to mention how much towing cost. (Maybe fill your cars with gas and check for working gauges). Don't waste your time or money just selling bunch of cars with problema since they don't check them or will be willing to because they lose money. Talks a lot of how they represent their business.

Stopped in during a 2-week road trip around the Midwest after getting bogged down in some mud and wanted to have my car checked out just to make sure I didn't mess anything up. Got right in and out in less than an hour. Super nice people!

We were traveling through from California to Tennessee when we developed a coolant leak on our 14 Ram 2500. We pulled in to Jansen Chrysler and they got us back on the road road right away. Everyone there is super friendly and went out of their way to get us on the road. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them for any and all of your service needs.
