Janez Group is a diversified full-service real estate firm, specializing in property management, acquisition, and development of commercial real estate. The company was founded by John and Barbara Kocmur in 1986.

From its San Diego headquarters, Janez currently manages more than 1.7 million square feet of suburban office and industrial properties in markets throughout Southern California and the Western United States.

Over its history, Janez has managed or owned more than a half-billion dollars of commercial real estate, totaling nearly 4 million square feet. Many of the company's San Diego assets have been owned and managed for over 20 years, including the Plaza Del Mar Office Campus in Del Mar/Carmel Valley, Governor Plaza in La Jolla and the Morehouse Building in Sorrento Mesa.
