Ms. Weatherly has helped out my family twice in the last year. In both situations she explained our options, how each option would affect our insurance and licenses, and then represented us in court. I met Ms. Weatherly yesterday actually. I came out of the courtroom distraught and upset at what the traffic court judge had just informed me of. She just so happened to be coming down the escalator as i was coming out of court. I asked her if she was an attorney and if I could have a card, she informed me she was and preceded to ask what she could help me with. I explained my situation and immediately she was very helpful. Honestly, I couldn't believe she was so helpful to me without discussing any fees or anything. As she went from the clerks office to the judge to the computer room trying to help me, all I could say was thank you God. She truly was God sent. She dealt with my situation until she was able to get some resolution in that short time. When she finally did mention her fees, I was also blown away at how reasonable she was. I don't know if I have ever written a review on anyone before but I just had to do this because she truly was very kind and helpful, without ever meeting me before. I don't think this would have gotten resolved so quickly if it wasn't for her help. Thanks Ms. Weatherly!!

As I am also an attorney, I am very picky about who I would let represent either myself or a member of my family. I have been practicing law for about 11 years now. I have practiced in Florida, North Carolina and pro hac vice in several other states. I have been fortunate to have worked with some very good attorneys. Jane is far and away the most talented attorney that I have ever met. Two things about her surpass her talent and those are her work ethic and the compassion that she has for her clients. Jane represented me in some issues that I had when I lived in North Carolina and I also had the privilege on working with her on numerous cases. So I am familiar with her work as a client and a colleague. There are a lot of good criminal defense attorneys in the Raleigh area, but, in my opinion, Jane is the best of them all.
