I reached out to this office twice over the course of a few days and spoke with two different staff members. The first person was very friendly and assured me that the attorney was great about returning calls. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I never received a call back. When I followed up a second time, the person who answered made me feel like I was bothering them for checking in. She wasn’t outright rude, but definitely not super welcoming. It was a disappointing experience overall, especially given the initial positive impression and the supposed only 5 star reviews here.
