James Ford is out of my way, but definitely worth it because the alternative near the SF horrible. Seems the smaller dealership can get the job done without the headaches. Plus, I like a day to hangout in Half Moon Bay.

I had an amazing experience at James Ford. They listened to what I was asking for, were NEVER pushy and did a great job of answering all of my questions and explaining my options in a clear and easy to comprehend manner. Really, just one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a car!

Easiest vehicle I have bought. Found it on Auto Trader, setup the deal via email and 2 short phone calls. Showed up, paperwork was ready and I just had to sign. Was out of the dealer in less than an hour with a brand new truck. They were also able to get me a one day CA DMV permit so I could drive it back to Nevada without paying CA registration or sales tax.

I went in to pick up an obscure Ford part. They did not have it but searched for it with other dealers and had it for me in a few hours. Great job!

The service center handled two recalls plus a maintenance service all in the same day. Thanks for getting it all done in one visit.

I bought a higher end truck from James Ford last year. Unfortunately it had a rather nefarious build quality issue from the factory. It took several attempts by the service department, but they persisted and fully resolved my issue. The service manager, Wally, is a genuine guy with good attention to detail. If your car is stressing you out, bring it to James Ford!

Nice service advisors but unfortunately nice doesn't fix cars. After 3 weeks the simple requested repairs weren't completed and the diagnostics were way off. Engine noise was diagnosed as transmission noise even when not in gear? The issue was later diagnosed correctly as engine but the diagnostics fees and time were wasted. This place had good reviews on the forums but unfortunately it's the classic poor ford dealer service experience but slower.

Great service from James Ford. They added heated steering wheel on my F-150 Lightning. This service was a factory recall that two other local dealers refuse to do.
They also did a replacement of timing chain on my 2018 F-150 Lariat. That was also clean job with very competitive pricing.
