When my 2022 Atlas R-Line came in I was told I would have to buy the floor mats that Volkswagen shipped with it. This was not what I was told by my sales representative when I ordered the vehicle in June. The mats on the invoice were listed at $310, but on the Volkswagen website were $150. When I picked up the Atlas I was told I would have to pay what was on the invoice if I wanted the mats. Reluctantly I did after checking with parts and finding out there was a national backorder on floor mats for the Atlas. I noted this in my review, and received a call from Flow Volkswagen the same day. They were understanding of the situation and agreed to reimburse me the difference in what I paid and what was listed on the VW website. I received the check today, and could not be happier now that all is good!

This is the second not so good experience I have had at this particular dealership.. The first time I tried to purchase from here was in 2019… I was shopping for the Volkswagen Tiguan. Let's just say I don't know exactly what had to be done as far as my credit and the amount that I would end up paying for the car, but I got a better deal and much better service in Charlotte when I purchased my 2019 Tiguan. I came back this year after putting my $500 down to purchase the ID 4 … The goal was to trade in my 2019 … as with the experience that I had in the year 2019 before going to Charlotte to purchase my car, The sales person not provide A warming exciting experience as one would expect when they are purchasing a car… he was not very aware of the fact that I was coming in to purchase a car that I customized and had already put money down on … After I came in and introduced myself, he took me outside to a vehicle that still had the seat covers on it and and transportation writing on the windows. If this wasn't enough he left me outside, didn't bother to explain the features of the car just opened the door and walked away… after my very unpleasant experience… he asked for my car keys, drove my car around the building… DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL ME WHERE HE WAS GOING… Parked my car on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BUILDING, LEFT MY WINDOWS DOWN AND LEFT MY KEYS IN THE CAR… DIDN'T Explain what he had moved my car for or why it was parked on the other side of the building… coming in to explain I may need a co-signer… I felt humiliated like I just did not belong there or like I wasn't good enough to drive an ID4… Before knowing that I have a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan, he almost made me feel like I didn't even belong in the dealership before becoming aware of the fact that I was trading in my current car… and that still wasn't good enough because he left my car keys in my car while he and I both were inside of the dealership and my windows were down… he did not bother to request or even ask if he could drive my car he just drove it to the opposite side of the building parked it, and left my keys in the car and came back in the building…. As I was leaving I had to ask him if he still had my keys… I literally left the dealership in tears … both disappointed because I was not approved for the car loan and on top of that feeling like I shouldn't have even come there because maybe the energy that I was receiving from him was correct …. I did not belong in the dealership today …I would not advise anyone to go and have a similar experience… I did however give a 2 star rating because the location looks very beautiful… a woman in the same office was pleasant while I waited for my credit results… Also as I was leaving a nice gentleman came out to bid me well….

I bought an Atlas recently. Ken was an excellent salesperson--he was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was able to test out all the features. After the sale, he continued to be awesome with answering my questions about the features and making sure that the after-market items I purchased were correct. I also worked with the service department, including the service manager Andrew, and they were also excellent. The first time my after-market equipment was installed I was not happy with it, so they picked up my car a second time (I think they made 3 trips to Raleigh and back, total) and went above-and-beyond to get the installation absolutely perfect the second time around. I am so grateful!
