I got my Jaguar in February 2020. At around the one year mark, I called to schedule the service and Jaguar told me that I did not need to come in because I only had about 6000 miles on the car.
A couple of months ago someone told me that information was incorrect and I still had to get my scheduled service despite mileage. So I made a service appointment which was scheduling about two months (!) out.
I wait the two months and drove 40 minutes to Miramar only to have them tell me that there is a specific window I have to schedule my service. Nothing they could do about it. Even though I didn't get the first service due to their misrepresentation to me.
They told me I could pay for the service. Great option.
The worst. Total waste of time.

Was greeted from the moment we walked in the door and directed to Alan where from there he welcomed us like like we are his own friends and was courteous with all our questions and mentioned many more things regarding the car we were interested in. Even when we sat down he immediately went to bring us water and snacks and was talking about not just the car sale but like a friend talking about work and other topics while at the same time explaining the purchase process. I would definitely recommend my friends and family of our absolute great experience buying a car there. And to add the fastest in and out ever of buying a car. I'm definitely going back in the future to purchase another car from your dealership. thank you your awesome service

From the sales side, Ernesto was outstanding across the board: polite, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to the short window I had to complete the purchase of the vehicle. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, and all of the process went without a hitch. Emily, on the finance side, was also conscious of my limited availability and ensured the process was smooth and quick, without cutting any corners. I will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jaguar San Diego and will recommend these particular employees to anyone looking for a vehicle.
