Add ReviewI recently purchased a used Jaguar XJL, it was a cash transaction and I live out of state. I had the car inspected by a service called Lemon squad. the inspection went fine and I wired the money. Nathan the salesman was kind enough to pick me up at the airport, car was great and is great! Did some paperwork with Nathan and Salah (business manager) Both are very professional and great to work with! I was out of there in about 60 Minutes with a full tank of gas (Thanks)! It was a great transaction they are top notch dealership and I would definitely recommend plus I got my title work back in a very timely manner which was the icing on the cake!!! Purchases a vehicle from the dealership with no issues. However, I recently attempted to get my vehicle serviced due to a check engine light and did not have a great experience. Lady on the phone was rude, no Service Manager available to assist. Was advised it would take no more than an hour, when it in fact took 3+ hours. No loaner vehicle was offered and the Service Manager has not returned my call....Is this what people should expect from a "Luxury Brand".Report
Sales process was great, first time car buyer and they found a lender for me to get approved for the car I really wanted. Unfortunately, I had a lack of judgment and decided that car I really wanted was a Kia. It has not gone well. Many battery issues since October, and the dealership said they would get back to me with an appointment time. It is now March, they did not get back to me. I go up there without an appointment, which I know is a bit unconventional, but I pay for the warranty every month, and needed to use it. My bad apparently. They used car sales manager essentially said "We can't help you, we are too expensive." Not something you really want to hear, but they at least could have said that over a phone call, which they did not return. Highly disappointed.Report
They responded to my review saying they will follow up "soon." That was over a week ago. I already fixed the car.
Excellent experience purchasing a used car here. Mihai helped me and was very responsive and helpful - texting and emailing where needed. Just a super nice guy! Salah was my finance guy and couldn't have been more thorough and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this car dealership they take care of their clients and provide the service one would expect purchasing a higher end vehicle.Report
Bought a used car here. While everyone appears to be very professional, it is still the same bad end experience you get at buy here pay here places, just a better dressed wolf. The car should have never been put for sale if they indeed cared. They said new brakes put on, translation: cheap brakes on the front and let the customer deal with the rear since they were at minimum legal! Replaced two tires cleaned the other two to make look good but just above min. Since then several issues so very clear that their inspection is just a facade. Some will say, it is my fault and I certainly agree, Trust people at a dealer? What was I thinking? Luxury of Greenville taught me a very expensive lesson. Be careful buying used cars from a nicely dressed place.Report
Update… so I called, no answer, left voice mail no call back… one star maybe too much for this place.
I went for an oilchange and they said it would be 3 hrs I ended up waiting 5 and I was madReport

Thanks to the service dept..that really tried to help resolve my problem with my sensor and had to remove my back bumper. I must say this was the best service I have had from Greenville thank you Dante for being kind n friendly. Professionalism is a must and blessings to you for all you do. Had an emblem replaced on my F type, when I picked up my car there were greasy hand prints on my white hood. The old residue from the previous emblem was still pretty obvious, and the new emblem wiggles like if its not properly installed.Report
My service rep Dante was nice and informative but pretty disappointed in the service departments actual work.
They went back and replaced the emblem and went above and beyond customer service!
Walter Reed the general manager and Hugh our salesman were really nice to work with. Thank you for the great service. I am glad we came back.Report
