Add ReviewI want to share my positive experience that I recently had with Jaguar Livermore and specifically Jennifer in their service department. Last Friday my Jag developed a coolant leak that was bad enough it required a tow from my office roughly 40 miles to Jaguar Livermore. I contacted the service department at Jag in Livermore and eventually I was able to speak with Jennifer. I described my problem, and she indicated that I should contact Jaguar roadside assistance and set up the tow. So, I did and within less than 10 minutes I had a tow set up and within about an hour my Jag was on its way. I needed a loaner car, and Jennifer was able to set me up with one that I could pick up from the dealership the next morning. By the end of day Friday, the service department had determined that I had a bad water pump and by Monday my car was fixed. On Tuesday morning a driver from Livermore Jaguar delivered my car to my office and took the Loaner back to Livermore for me.Report
Very few people have time for a broke down car these days. However, the experience I had with Livermore Jaguar and specifically Jennifer in their service department made a potentially big car problem a very easy situation to deal with. Thank you, Jennifer!
Purchased a used 2017 Audi Q7 from the dealership last year. Just happened to be the managers sisters car. I was advised the car was in great condition and serviced regularly. No question about it. First mistake, trusted them! Just to be safe I bought the extended warranty, bumper to bumper, to eliminate any issues that may occur. Over $7,000 dollars.Report
Took the car to Audi in Modesto, which I must say their service department is amazing and I highly recommend, for a 5 point inspection only to be advised that the undercarriage of the car needed to be replaced. My first question: How could they not know that? Second, the Audi dealership is right next door and I believe they are a partner. Thankfully, my bumper to bumper warranty covered my over $8,000 bill. Recently my car was in an accident with minimal damage, insurance came out, car went to the auto body. Long story short, I was called and advised the car was a total loss as the cost to fix the car was more than the value due to labor and parts. Needing a car for work, take my son to school, family, I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7, immediately. Contacted the dealership for the refund of the warranty and was advised it would be 4-6 weeks. It is now past 6 weeks and I still have not received my refund from the dealership nor any communication as the status of the refund. I have sent emails requesting date check will be sent with no response. Have called and left messages, 3X, only to fall on deaf ears. My sister, who had bought her Jaguar from them and was very satisfied at the time, one of the reasons I went ahead and purchased the car from them, contacted someone who had always been very helpful to her in the office. She said she was sending an email to her manager, finance dept., including my cell number and email address. To date still have heard not a word. It amazes me that a dealership with such high end cars would not have the courtesty and professionalism to provide answers for a $4200 refund. They had all the answers, courtesy, professionalism when I was buying the car. Can they really not afford to pay or advise payment date and check number on a $4200 refund while selling cars over $100,000? So disappointed! Would definitely not recommend Jaguar Livermore to anyone.
Car troubles are never a good experience but Service Advisor Jen from Livermore Jaguar held my hand throughout the whole ordeal. She went above and beyond. She is definitely someone you can trust and extremely knowledgeable.Report
I bought a Jaguar F-Type P400 at JLR Livermore with 12,000 miles on it. They sold me an extended warranty on top of the fact that the car was still under the factory warranty. A few months later, I reached out for help because the paint on the rear panel near the exhaust was peeling. They took photos of my car and promised to call me back.Report
Three months later, I returned because no one had contacted me. Turns out, my service advisor had quit, and they claimed he deleted the customer database. They photographed my car again and promised to follow up.
It’s been two years since then, and I’ve received no calls, no letters, and no answers. The only time they called me was to try to sell me the updated version of the F-Type. When I told them their service was terrible and I didn’t want to deal with them anymore, no manager or representative reached out to resolve the issue.
This dealership couldn’t care less about its customers. Cole European is way better and much more customer-oriented.
Under new ownership so we weren't sure how they were going to compare to our previous experiences. We were VERY pleased! We not only got a beautiful 2025 vehicle, but we were also treated with courtesy, consideration, and respect. Lubna was our salesperson, and she was so very pleasant to work with! We enjoyed our time in her care. Sayed walked us through the paperwork quickly and as painlessly as possible. Adam, the sales manager, was a friendly and familiar face. He treated us with such professional courtesy. Car buying should ALWAYS be this easy and stress-free! Thank you!Report
These guys do false representation of the product, they hide stuff about the vehicles. Specially Sedrick a sales guy who sold me something else and his presentation was totally different. No R sport 25t no Navigation and so much more. When I ask them they said do whatever you want. I have agreement where they clearly mentioned and tick mark on something that even doesn’t exist in the vehicle. This is against the policy that why jaguar is going down.Report
