After trying unsuccessfully (calling-in AND trying to use their website) for almost 30 minutes to get an appointment at another Houston area Jaguar Service dealer, I decided to give Houston North a shot - which I'm glad that I did.Report
Due to the frustration of my earlier experience, I went for the simple phone call to Houston North's Service department and was forwarded over to Josh Fouts and reached his voicemail. After leaving Josh a message, I'm now thinking am I going to have to contact a 3rd dealer this morning to get the issue with my wife's 2024 F-Pace fixed...and hopefully sometime this week.
To my surprise, Josh called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving him a message...and not only that, after telling him what the issue was, he said to bring it in that day before 2 pm.
Got it in before 2pm. It wasn't a simple fix as we both hoped for, but thanks to Josh and the Tech, the issue was resolved that same day, and I was driving home by 4:30pm that afternoon!
*** Bonus - The hot chocolate they had in their waiting area was very good!
Although Houston North no longer sales new Jaguars, they will have my service business in the future.
Great job Josh, for making what was starting to be a PITA experience to get my wife's car fixed, simple and easy.
Carla Waddell needs a raise. I mean she is the best she was my service advisor and took real good care of me. I was going through a stressful time when my engine burned up in my jaguar f pace. She was there to comfort me and keep me calm. Carla was very understanding and patient with me and really understood what I was going through. She got on the phone numerous of times with the warranty company to get my problem solved. I use to take my Jaguar to southwest jag but the north Houston location takes care of you better. Carla kept in touch with me every step of the way if it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would have done. Seriously you guys at Jaguar have a real good service advisor working for y’all I love me some Carla Waddell absolutely amazing. I will be dealing with her from now on if or when I need my vehicle serviced. Again thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to keeping and making your customer happy.Report

First off they sold me a vehicle with a fuel door that would not unlock due to it being broken. Nice.
They said they could transfer my Disabled Veteran plates, they were adamant about it! After waiting a few weeks they called to say they couldn't transfer them so they ordered plates and the plates were in. I had requested they let me know if there was any issue with the transfer and I would assist, but DO NOT ORDER NEW PLATES.
Was told "oh well we couldn't do it". The form to submit a plate transfer isn't even a half page, and shouldve been submitted with the initial registration.
They are the ultimate when it comes to customer service.Report
If I could leave negative stars I would. Dropped off my car on Monday didn't hear from anyone till Thursday. Then it was like nobody knows what to do. Ask my service advisor to have manager contact me . That never happened. Called service director myself left voice message NO response. I've dealt with them in the past and they were bad so I went to katy. Wasn't much better , live and work right around area so I said I'd give it another shot. Terrible customer service people lie to you and say they'll call back never do. Never will I use them againReport
Philipp Crosbie is an amazing service advisor. He was thorough and explained in detail what was going on with my Jaguar. He didn’t just address my concerns but he answered my questions and went further by showing me why a part on my vehicle was not working. He worked to get the best price for me and kept me informed. He was humble and made me feel welcomed and appreciated for being a client of LandRover in North Houston. As I waited, an individual who sat in the lobby with me stated that he will only use Philipp as his service provider. I understand why. Thank you Mr. Crosbie.Report

is not responsive. I went to this location 40mins away b/c I knew Dexter had moved there and I know he and his team always do a great job with time and service and overall customer care. This visit Jackie and Dexter did not disappoint. Thank you.
