Everything was so easy and smooth! Oh and the coffee ??????

My name is Morris Farr and I am unhappy customer, on February 28th I brought my Jaguar to the N W Dealership on I-45 North because my A/C was running hot. My service advisor was Carla Waddell and after charging me a $1000. 00 They told me that my car had 25% R-134A freon and that was the problem, and they put all new freon in it. They said they also checked for leaks but after 300 miles because I barely drive this car. I brought my car back with the same issue and in August now they ran a different leak test and found a leak and now charge me $2600.00 to fix the leak.
I feel this Jaguar dealership scam me and the tech I spoke too was Phillip this time because obviously they ran a more detail leak test in this visit and If they would have checked the leak with the dye they would have found the leak the first time, This is poor customer service they know that they mis diagnosed my car the first time. I would not recommend going to that place unless you know for sure what is wrong with your car. I sent this review to the better business bureau and yelp I just now getting around to the Google review. Now I have to find different Jaguar dealership that is further from my house to get my car serviced. Hopefully the other dearlerships are more efficient
