Easy to phone and make appointment, was offered next day! On arrival was greeted and everything was well explained and was offered a ride home with a commitment on how long things would take. I took my truck her for service , I was told that had fixed the problem one month later I was having to same problem, my key wasn’t working properly with my vehicle, so I goes and pick up my truck there was nobody in the service department to assist me so I asked the you lady who was outside on her phone can I take my vehicle she said yes.Report
I didn’t receive any paperwork nor did they give me my key back.
I used my husband key to enter my vehicle, I’m thinking well maybe they’re fixing on my key ? So I called back once I haven’t heard anything back nobody has a clue to were my key is , been calling them for months, I finally received a call back from a Servcs manager he was very rude and told me I WILL NOT BE REPLACING YOUR KEY IT BEEN MONTHS, he is very rude I am very sure it cause I am a black female, I explained to him have your employees told you I been calling and getting the run around about my key I never received any paperwork, nor I I ever signed any contract for my truck to be serviced? My last cars that I have purchased Lexus and Mercedes-Benz and the service department is totally different. Here they act as if they don’t want to deal with you. I explain to him I never received any paperwork he told me I can email you that today but I will not replace your key wow, I am Balford

My Jagaur was serviced in October for an oil change at Jaguar Houston North. Shortly after I began to smell oil (I thought it was gas at first). When running the AC the gas odor is stronger. I bring it to the dealership and I am notified the engine bolts were loose and I needed to pay $3500 to get the problem fixed. 3 weeks later the smell persist. I feel I am owed a refund because this is technically a technician error from the beginning and the problem isn’t fixed. I’ve emailed the Service manager and no response. My 1 year old is hospitalized due to the strong odor of oil and the rest of my family is suffering as well. This is unbelievable. Avoid Jaguar North Houston at all cost, especially the service department!Report
