I would highly recommend working with Joshua. He was my salesperson for my SL 550 Mercedes and did an exceptional job. All I had to do was show up sign the paperwork and drive the car away. There were a few cosmetic issues after the fact and between him and Cory Christman they went above and beyond my expectations to get the car perfect.

Had my car serviced August 17th. My service provider was very inappropriate. There was a new Range Rover in a display room. Making conversation I told him I want that car. In response he said “No you don’t. That one’s 200k. Maybe you can save up for three years and come back and get it” This man knows nothing about me except that I’m a young black woman. I could not believe my ears. I won’t even mention the other things.

Getting my new F-Pace was great, which shows they are easy to take your money but after a month and a half they have yet to provide me with my license plates. My temporary tags are expired and even though the sales person says the plates are in, they refuse to provide them to me. I would not recommend this dealership due to poor customer service.

Oil filter ---- called ahead to Parts dept to ensure parts were available and was quoted $28ea. Went to pickup and was charged $40ea. Didn't make a fuss. Made a comment to service/parts person but he didn't take any action. If JLR Central allows flexible pricing on parts, can't trust them to service my RR. They gained ~$24 but lost 5yrs of available service on my vehicle.
