When you make the Car shopping experience simplistic for the Sales consultant you would think they would share the same response.
I asked for 3 things
1. Gift for Spouse I want a Bow
2. 2025 F-Pace had a scratch on it I wanted it repaired and the car cleaned
3. Appointment to show my wife how to use the vehicle.
All promises said were doable , 2 weeks later.
No Bow wife receives without
Scratch still there after being told it was done and car received dirty.
No appointment follow up and Spouse still does not know how to use all the functions on new vehicle.
Happy Holidays and let’s start the new Year with a bad taste in my mouth.

Jaguar has released what is probably the worst ad campaign in the history of motor vehicles. Some brands focus on reliability, some focus on quality interiors... Jaguar puts men in dresses and tells us to Copy Nothing, while copying an Apple ad from the 1980's. In a world where the leftist elite have become more and more pompous and disconnected from everyday Americans, I guess one could argue Jaguar's ad is still very much on brand.

Buying process was easy and low pressure. Was able to work with sales via text through the early part of the process. The actual buying experience at the dealer was less than an hour and half.

I had an excellent experience working with Joseph Pope at Land Rover Houston. He made the process incredibly smooth by ensuring everything was prepared before I arrived. From the moment I walked in to signing the papers and driving off, the entire experience took less than an hour. Joseph's efficiency and professionalism made this car-buying experience one of the best I’ve had.
