Moe and Traver were fantastic; it was our initial encounter with a Range Rover. Moe showed us all the cool features of the car and took us for a test drive around the facility. We were impressed by the luxurious interior and smooth ride. After our test drive, we knew that a Range Rover was the perfect car for us. We ended up purchasing one that same day with (CASH) and couldn't be happier with our decision. Thanks to Moe and Traver for their excellent customer service! I bought my car here in 2023 which I also paid $5,000 for an extended warranty. I brought my car in for service. While my car was there my home was burglarized utilizing the garage door which my remote was in the car in the service center. I filed a police report and filed a complaint with jaguar corporate. The service center says they have no records of my vehicle being there, even though they paid for my Uber, scheduled my appointment and received my complaint. I HAD to bring my vehicle in again in January 2025 due to a coolant issue. They had my car for nearly a month before they said they saw no issue with it. I called in to complain to Jaguar again and they said that Jaguar Houston Central will no longer honor the warranty I purchased. Don't waste your money, and don't risk brining your car here for the safety of your home and family.

Trevor was awesome, told him my time was limited. Had the car ready to view out front for my lunch break and papers ready sign after work! Honest and not pushy but gave me all my options and helped me make an informed decision! Everyone was helpful and quick, very happy!

Best car buying experience. From my salesperson Mo, to Cindy the finance manager- both were very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely return to this dealership.

When you make the Car shopping experience simplistic for the Sales consultant you would think they would share the same response.
I asked for 3 things
1. Gift for Spouse I want a Bow
2. 2025 F-Pace had a scratch on it I wanted it repaired and the car cleaned
3. Appointment to show my wife how to use the vehicle.
All promises said were doable , 2 weeks later.
No Bow wife receives without
Scratch still there after being told it was done and car received dirty.
No appointment follow up and Spouse still does not know how to use all the functions on new vehicle.
Happy Holidays and let’s start the new Year with a bad taste in my mouth.
