I'm not sure who I just spoke to over the phone, but the guy was rude. I've been trying to get a copy of my receipt. He did not explain well to me how it was handled and then got incensed and belligerent when I called back asking for it. Apparently they do not have control over how the receipts are issued so I have to wait until they pick up the container before they can issue one. However, I paid for the service over two weeks ago... The bottom line is the customer service is poor. No one wants to be treated badly and especially not from someone taking hundreds of dollars from you. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I suggest looking into that.ReportRe: I'm not sure who I just s ... DO NOT use this company. The came and picked up my containerReport
They left two 25 foot long approximately 8 inch deep divots in my yard ... completely destroying my back yard. Talked to the owner said it wasn't his problem and to take him to court. All I asked was them to fix my yard.Re: DO NOT use this company. ... While we strive to satisfy every customer, this particular customer requested we remove his rental with knowledge of the recent rainfall and soft ground present. We can not be responsible for tracks caused with it's requested removal as stated in our customer agreement.
