Jacob was communicative and quick to respond to all my questions and availed himself even though our timezones were 3 hours apart. I had a rather scary auto accident last year, when a car stuck in traffic pulled out in front of me on the 101 freeway. I hit him at 60mph, went up an embankment and flipped the car a few times, ending upside down.
