Jacksonville Marriott

Easy on-off on I95. Recently renovated rooms. Bar and restaurant were spot on with food and drink, both dinner and breakfast.

Convenient location in SE with restaurants nearby. Excellent service at the front desk and at the restaurant with Susan, Amy and Nesha. Curtis in maintenance assisted promptly. |The room was clean but had a very musty/moldy smell. The ice maker is at one end of the hall which was a long walk as I had the end room at the other side. And unfortunately the ice maker apparently did not work as it was bone dry. Thankfully a front desk person assisted with getting me ice from the bar. |Microwaves are needed in the rooms.

Great hotel that's well located. Special mention to Elvie who was very sweet in the lounge and works very hard. The gym at the hotel is very nice too plus rooms are spacious enough. Staff here has been helpful and it was another warm welcome when we came back a 2nd time during this trip. ||Overall, great time here.

This Marriott has a welcoming staff, great restaurant offering and is always very comfortable and conducive for working. |The front desk does everything possible to reward elite status and provide upgrades which is well appreciated when working away from home.

Overall a good stay. Stayed on Bonvoy points which was not much higher than the Fairfield or Courtyard near there. First room smelled moldy, there was no issue to move me rooms. Second one was very clean. Shower was absolutely wonderful (probably best benefit of this hotel) Weekend morning buffet is not worth the $20+ charge. Food was sub-par, similar to Fairfield "hot" free breakfast. But overall a good stay.

I recently came here for a doctor's appointment at Jacksonville with my family. And we needed somewhere to stay for one night. So we chose this one. And best I can say is that it was all right???? The rooms were VERY clean And a AMAZING! view not only that But there was a pool too. other than that it was disappointing. Mainly because you had to pay for Wi-Fi!!! I've never seen or been to a hotel where you've had to pay Wi-Fi. and BECAUSE THERE'S NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM! so you can't heat anything up, and you can't cook anything. everything was a pretty overpriced too. Definitely not worth the 165 we spent. Probably won't be going here again. Very sad.

hotel is in perfectly located near everything and all major highways clean well-manicured very friendly staff rooms were perfect I was very impressed it was really a great experience I will definitely make this my hotel when visiting Jacksonville

This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Jacksonville for work. The hotel is clean, the food is high quality, and the service is outstanding. Specifically, Amy, Joe and Nesha are the best. You will enjoy their service at the bar/restaurant. I look forward to my next visit.

The front desk service was exceptional, we were warmly welcomed and given all pertinent information from the start. The lobby and bar from what we could see just walking in had a luxurious feel to it. We got a concierge room and appreciated the continental breakfast that was included. It was a couple of feet from our room. The room was modern, spacious, and clean.
