This dealership is horrible!! They sold/attempted to sell me a vehicle for $37,000 that had a broke a/c system and slipping transmission. These issue were noticed within 3 days of having it at our home. Mind you this is a vehicle that was supposedly checked out and given a clean working bill of health. They attempted to just refill the a/c's freon and tell everything else is ok. Well 2 weeks pass and a/c is back to not working. They ended up needing to replace the condenser and said Chevy will have to look at the SUV. They had the vehicle for a 2 additional weeks with no answers. I advised them I just want my trade in back and to stop all this. They informed me they already paid off my trade in and shipped it to auction even though I had not fully completed the loan for the new vehicle. They continued to feed to ignore my calls and only spoke to me if I went up to the dealership. Even there they just feed me lies until I would leave. The original purchase date was 11/12/21 and it's not until today 12/21/21 that I finally have my original car back. When I went up there to get my original car back all I got was here are your keys, bye. They wouldn't explain what happens to the loans? At the end of this nightmare all I can say is please if you read this NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am so thankful to Andrew our service rep. We were traveling in our van and getting error codes and hard time starting. We called all around and everyone said 2 weeks. Andrew said he couldn't make any promises but would try to work us in. They worked us in within 2 days and fixed the part that was broken. They were so kind and understanding and we can't thank them enough for being honest and getting the job done. Thank you Jacksonville Dodge Dealership!

They sold us a lemon. We bought a 2014 Infinity QX 60 Hybrid from them in 2019 and one and half years later after normal use the car broke down on me. I am now stuck without a car and still the bank expects me to pay. They also never honor the extended warranty and service they sold us. They lied to us by telling us any Infinity would service our car, but Atlantic Infiniti refused the warranty they sold us. Now I have no car, but I am stuck with the same car payment. They are no honest people. Beware!

They sold us a lemon. We bought a 2014 Infinity QX 60 Hybrid from them in October 2019 and one and half years later (July 3, 2021) the car broke down beyond repair (Transmission and inverter motor blown). They also refused to honor the extended warranty they sold us. Told us at the time of purchase we could have the car serviced by any Infinity dealer in the nation and the Infinity dealership down the street from them wouldn't even look at us when we tried to have the car serviced before it broke down. Beware of these people, purchase a used car from them at your own risk. They are a bunch of crooks.

I bought my Jeep over 3 years ago and I yet to get my second key fob, I have called the at least 25 times and I get nothing but a run around, I have also visited the dealership to check on it and I get nothing but lip service. They day I purchased my Jeep I was incredibly excited and planned on telling the whole world where to purchase a vehicle but I doubt your dealership will ever touch my mind again. I have also been trying to cancel my GAP for more than a month and all I get is a finance voice mail that is full and does not have a persons friendly voice attached to it.

* Today is 11/29/2021 and I still have not received a call from this dealership and still haven't received my key fob or a cancellation notice on my GAP which is costing me money every day it's not cancelled. Wow!!

* Well today is 12/8/2021 and I still have not heard from anybody from this dealer and I still haven't been able to cancel my GAP Insurance (Costing me $$$) and I haven't received my key fob. One note every single time I call and I get transferred to Finance their voicemail is full. I have purchased many automobiles in my life time and I have never received this type of treatment.
