The lobby is beautiful.... But once you get on the elevator it all changes.The rooms were dirty. The tub looks like someone had just took a bath and had a nasty ring it.. I dont recommend this room to a dog

While being in the travel industry I frequent hotels around the world. Marriotts are typically great hotels. However the Jackson Marriott has to be one of the oldest and dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in since COVID-19. Which is VERY alarming! I found a great amount of hair on the bathroom floor and tub. I asked for another room. In the second room there was hair found in the shower, bathroom floor, pillow case(which was also stained) hair and crumbs in the carpet. There was even hair in the refrigerator!!This is one of the worst Marriott stays I’ve had in a very long time.

Felt like i was at home. Definitely coning back again.

This place is dirty. It needs a renovation bad. But the whole place was dirty. The pool was cloudy and it all had a bad smell. The view was okay. But the room itsself had bad lighting, took a minute for them to stop flickering. Not worth it

This was far bout the worst experience staying at this hotel for my birthday. I had absolutely no air in my room my shower didn’t work omg I couldn’t sleep or anything!!! Then I sat and waited on a manager for 30 mins when clearly he was in his office

The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were clean and the bed was great! However the parking garage really Needs an extreme remodel! It is NOT a good idea to book here if you drive a larger vehicle.
