Recently purchased a new, used car from Jackson Automotive group at the M Benz lot, a car wanted, and Terrance "T Dawg" was great. Also when it came time to talk to the finance manger to sign the paperwork I was dreading that moment because I have always disliked dealing with finance managers when I purchased cars in the past, but Roger was great. I had a bad experience on my first visit so I left i received numerous calls saying to give them a second chance to make things right so I went in and asked to get the same vehicle I test drove but with more options but the car that was ordered was not the same car , The car I test drove it had captain chairs in the second row they ordered one with bench seats in the second row then told me I should have looked at the build sheet before I signed the paperwork I told them that’s what they should have done before they ordered it this is not the same dealership used to deal with it has lost its customer service abilities

I came to pick up my car I bought off of ACV and I informed a middle aged white bald guy that was working why I was there and he looked at me laughs and closes the door and locks it.

Terrible service, it's just outrageous, very arrogant employees and more boorish communication with customers I have never met. The service is terrible, the territory of the service is dirty, the workers have garbage on the tables, and when they are in dialogue with customers, they chew gum. It is very repulsive that when you enter, there is a feeling of warm air, as if no one has ever put things in order inside. Very aggressive marketing, I didn't like it here, it's the worst service

We ordered a car from them for my wife, not only did we wait a long time, but it also turned out to be covered in deep scratches.
