Recently purchased a Pacifica Hybird and LOVE IT!
Abel was awesome answering my questions and walking me through the process!
Well Abel is gone, but we had to service our Jeep Wrangler, and my Hybrid recently! Paul in the service department is AWESOME! He takes time to actually find the correct solution and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of every time!

After months of looking for just the right car we found it , right there on the Kunes c.d.r.j lot and with the above and beyond efforts of a very patient salesman ( RIGO LOPEZ )what a true asset to this dealership and the sales management the got the job done and are sure glad they did. Thank you Mr Lopez and the rest of the team with out all your efforts this would not be in our driveway.

I have my truck go in to service 3 times for safety hazard problems and still have the problem,no one can fix,I haven't enjoy my vehicle at all.

Kunes in Belvidere has the most inventory in the area. They had what I was looking for at one of the other locations, had it here the next day. Big thanks to Shane and Josh.

Awesome experience !! Chris showed me multiple vehicles till I was satisfied with the one that fit my needs best!!!
