I used Jack Rabbit USA LLC as they were the contracted service for roadside help. Our wait time was over 90 minutes. We only needed a tire change to the spare. I received a message that the driver was 1 minute away so I turned on my flashers. Coincidentally a tow truck who said they were not affiliated with Jack Rabbit said he’d stand by in case there was a no show. I contacted Jack Rabbit and was told by Amanda that the driver said the didn’t see anyone and left. I find that impossible to believe especially since the driver who had my phone number NEVER CALLED TO VERIFY. I took the help of the tow truck driver who asked that I pay under the table so I offer $60.00 cash. I have contacted Jack Rabbit USA to get the charges refunded, but have gotten zero response. I also contacted Allstate to let them know how horrible this service is. They should refund $95.00 I was charged for no service. STAY FAR AWAY!
