Garbage company Need roadside assistance. Was given jack rabbit to help me. Waited for an hour and 45 minutes while unable to contact anyone. And then they canceled. After an hour and 45 minutes. Garbage

Lazy Sleezy Service I had a flat tire in a rental car and did not have a jack so the rental company had called and asked them to show up and help. The rental company sent me a tracking page to see how long and where these guys were at. I waited nearly 2 hours for them. After waiting for so long I decided to investigate. Through this website I found their address and realized that they were just sitting at their base which was 5 min away from me, exactly where the tracking page had said they were at the whole time. Also on the tracking page it said it would take them an additional hour before they would get to me so I decided to give the roadside assistance number a call, explain to them this company’s unprofessional deceiving service and that they were just 5 min away from me. As soon as the rental company reached out to them they miraculously show up within 5 min as I assumed being that they were probably doing nothing and didn’t want to come help me. Avoid this company at all cost

Very happy Tech showed up well within the window of time given. Called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived and was professional, empathetic to my situation and had a sense of humor. He took care of things quick and had me on my way!

Terrible customer service, rude agents, fake ETAs Attempted to use them as Nationwide's roadside assistance provider. Was quoted a 40-70 mins ETA for a lockout. After waiting 90 mins I reached out to the dispatcher "Cindy" who told me that the driver was backed up but he.

At the 2 hrs and 30 minute mark I received a text from "Cindy" stating that they didn't have a driver to send and that my request would be resent back to Nationwide to re-dispatch. When I reached back out to Jack Rabbit, "Cindy" was rude, standoffish, unprofessional in her demeanor and tone and then straight up lied to me and told me that she never spoke to me and she "just got to work 15 minutes ago". She had an attitude the whole time and refused to even acknowledge any wrongdoing on their end, seeing as how they had me waiting for almost 3 hours with no resolution. Would give them negative stars if I could.

Horrible company They accepted the job from my roadside service (Allstate) and I waited in the heat for 3 hours, and they NEVER showed. They don’t respond to messages or answer the phone either.

Never Showed Up Assigned to me via State Farm for roadside assistance - the company did not show up and after 3 hours, I saw the other reviews on Jack Rabbit, realized they would not show up ever, and I found another company to help on my own.

Horrible If you have Allstate and this service provider is assigned to you cancel or request a new service provider because these ppl will not show up

Allstate and VZW roadside assistance uses this company and they are pure trash and never show up or answer and calls. If you see Allstate or Verizon Wireless or ANYONE you use connects you to this company just do yourself a favor and cancel the service because they will never show up anyway. Not even deserving of the 1 star review forced to use. Pure joke and trash company.
