The last two times I had tire issues were awful. The first time he broke a lug off then tried to say I did it. I'm
female and most tire places use air jacks now and I couldn't have got them off by hand if I had wanted to. The second time was absolute worse when the guy came he didn't know how to take spare down. I had to call an Uber wrap flat tire in blanket so he would let me put dirty tire in his car. Go to tire store get another tire, take another Uber home. Put tire on my self. JR guy only offered to put flat tire back on. I was so upset by his cruelty I ask him to leave. Good thing there's Uber cuz these guys wasted my time and my insurances money for nothing.
