Don’t use them Said they would come help 35-60 min. 3 hours later and still waiting. Every ETA provided was also and no one would answer at provided number.

3 hour wait time but don’t worry it will only be another 30 minutes…for the 2nd time I’ve called for an update

awful service. put in a request and waited over 2 hours than the time they said they would arrive and they didn't answer. would not recommend. if i was in danger then i would have been left stranded. dont waste your time

I'll be filing a complaint against this company. The driver cancelled my roadside assistance call and then charged me $150 for it. Then DEMANDED I pay him by Venmo. Do NOT recommend this company!!!

Jack Rabbit driver James called me and ask me if I had 40.00 before he comes to my location, that was the only way he was coming . I have roadside assistance with tow coverage and tire repair along with a lot of other things. I pay for this service every month for a tow driver to try and fraud me with a claim plus payment in advance before service. This will be escalated to higher uppers. This company has drivers who are scamming the members who pays for this service monthly. And this is my first time using the service. James need another job.

They were dispatched to come and change a tire. They never showed and lied about the reason. We were never informed that they canceled. To me, that's bad business and I will never call upon them ever again.

The tow truck driver was rude and lied about providing services. I locked the keys s my phone on the seat of my car and this is the treatment I received from them. They told me it's my problem I locked the keys in the car like they are so very rude when your already in distress DON'T USE THEM! I hate I had to give them one star but you have to In order to post!
